Weigh-in Wednesday (Week 18 Post-op)

That is a 10 pound loss for this week.

What did I do to lose 10 pounds this week?
#1 Time of month is over--big factor
#2 Stuck to 3 small meals each day this week.
#3 Drank adequate amounts of water
#4 Stayed active, and stayed away from boredom triggers!
